Our Staff Selection
At Day to Day we recognise that different candidates suit different education establishments and our face to face interview with every supply worker is a vital part of our recruitment process. Our candidates are fully vetted following the DCSF guidelines for safer recruitment in education settings. Our support staff and early years practitioners will have previous experience and they too will have been fully vetted. We endeavour to visit every client with whom we deal to ensure that we match the correct candidate to each individual establishment.
As standard we conduct the following checks on all our teachers and support staff.

- Qualification
- Enhanced CRB Disclosure
- List 99
- Employment History
- References covering minimum 2 years
- GTC Registration (if applicable)
- Medical Declaration
