A lovely little SEN School in Liverpool is looking for a teacher to work with KS2 children with profound and multiple learning difficulties from January. It is to cover a maternity absence.
You will be working with a very small group of Year 4/5 PMLD children ( probably 5 children ) who will be at the lowest P Levels of the National Curriculum - P1 and P2. Some of the children have medical conditions. You will be supported by three excellent Teaching Assistants.
The school itself was described as outstanding in a 2006 OFSTED report. The staff are very professional and want the best for the school and the children.
The Head wants someone who has worked in an SEN school for at least a term. Ideally someone with PMLD experience.
